Information and how to book
We have 12 tents all together. Bell tents have carpets, mattresses, bedding, blankets, hand towels, cushions and fairy lights. The tents are situated in a camping field a short walk from the wedding barn. Main toilets are located next to the Wedding Barn. We can accommodate max of 35 camping guests.
We have newly added and just completed - tea/coffee making facilities with little fridge and mirror, 2 camping toilets, 2 heated camping showers, a urinal and these are located next to the camping field.
Breakfast can be added on request for an additional charge and this usually is either a bacon roll or a sausage roll, tea and coffee. Vegan/vegetarian option is also available.
All breakfasts needs be booked in advance through bride/groom.
If your guests are not sure about breakfast and decide the morning after the wedding, the village shop offers a tasty breakfast baps, sandwiches, etc. and it's only a short walk away.
The bell tents are set up and ready at 10am on the day of hire. Check out time is 12pm but can be extended if needed. We kindly ask the guests to zip the tents up when leaving please.
Our prices are as follows:
£110 per bell tent for the duration of your stay plus additional £15 per person/per night.
1 night for 2 people comes to £140 etc
We do take a part payment of £50 (non-refundable) per tent paid at the booking time.
We kindly ask for the full payment to be made 21 days prior to the wedding at the very latest please.
